摘　　要：构建和谐社会是党的"十七大"提出的一项重要目标。而当今,部分企业在发展中无视自己的社会责任,加剧了社会保障、环境保护、劳动就业等社会矛盾,企业在社会主义和谐社会建设中面临着巨大挑战。企业作为社会的基础、市场的主体,必须在构建和谐社会中义不容辞地担负起社会责任。Building a harmonious society is an important goal put forward at the 17th National People＇s Congress. Today, some enterprises in the developing ignore their social responsibilities, which exacerbate social contradictions, such as social security, environmental protection, labor and employment, and so on. Enterprises in building a socialist harmonious society face the enormous challenge. As the basis of society and the main body of the market, enterprises must shoulder social responsibility in the course of building the harmonious society.
