摘  要:目的了解彭州市初中三年级学生营养状况,为今后制定防治策略和措施提供科学依据。方法按卫生部《学校卫生情况年报表填报说明及技术规范》的统一要求,由专职人员进行身高、体重测量。采用《中国学生7~22岁身高标准体重值》评价学生营养状况。结果学生营养不良超重、肥胖检出率分别为24.28%、6.07%、8.01%;女生和男生营养不良率分别为26.62%和22.14%,女生和男生肥胖检出率分别为5.61%和10.61%;营养不良率丘陵、平坝和山区分别为27.44%、25.30%、15.62%,超重检出率山区、平坝和丘陵分别为7.74%、5.99%和4.88%,肥胖检查率山区、平坝、丘陵分别为9.97%、8.12%和5.61%;城市、农村营养不良率分别为26.50%和23.90%,城市和农村肥胖检出率分别为14.09%和6.95%。结论彭州市初中三年级学生营养不良与肥胖同时存在,应加强合理营养的健康教育并采取切实可行的干预措施。Objective To understand the nutritional status of third-grade students in middle schools in Pengzhou City and to provide scientific basis for making disease control strategies in the future. Methods The students' height and weight were measured by full-time personnel according to the unified requirements of Report Explanation and Technical Specification of Annual Report form on School Hygiene. Their nutritional condition was evaluated by Standard Weight-for-Height among Chinese Students Aged 7-22 Years Old. Results The prevalence of malnutrition, overweight and obesity were 24. 28% %, 6. 07% and 8. 01%, respectively. The prevalence of malnutrition among female students and male students were 26. 62% and 22. 14% respectively ; the prevalence of obesity among female students and male students were 5.61% and 10. 61%, respectively. The rate of malnutrition in hilly regions, plain areas and mountainous area were 27.44%, 25.30% and 15.62% respectively, while the rate of overweight and obesity among mountainous areas, plain areas and hilly regions were 7.74%, 5.99%, 4.88% and 9. 97%, 8. 12% and 5.61%, respectively. The rate of malnutrition in urban areas and the countryside were 26. 50% and 23.90% respectively, while the rate of obesity were 14.09% and 6. 95%, respectively. Conclusion Malnutrition and obesity exist among third-grade students in middle schools in Pengzhou City at the same time. We should strengthen health education on reasonable nutrition and take practical interventions
