摘  要:目的:探讨硫普罗宁对大鼠酒精性肝损伤的干预作用。方法:用酒精灌胃建立酒精性肝病大鼠模型,成模后模型组随机分为干预组、未干预组和干预对照组,4周后处死,分别测量肝功生化指标,肝组织巯基和丙二醛含量,光学显微镜下观察肝脏组织病理变化。结果:模型组肝功生化指标与还原性巯基含量均明显异常;硫普罗宁干预后血清肝功能各指标均显著改善,肝组织巯基含量明显增加(P<0.01),丙二醛含量下降(P<0.05),同时肝脏病理变化明显改善。干预对照组指标改善优于硫普罗宁干预组(P<0.01)。结论:还原性巯基减少是酒精性肝病的重要变化,补充还原性巯基可以减轻或改善肝细胞损伤程度,但戒酒仍是首选和重要的干预治疗办法。Objective:To investigate the effect of tiopronin on alcoholic fatty liver disease in rats. Methods:One hundred male Wis- tar rats weighting between 170 g and 190 g were divided into two groups randomizedly:model group and control group.The model group was given alcoholic intragastric administration plus olive oil diet.After 12 weeks of treatment,The rats of model group were divided into three groups randomizedly:intervention treatment group, untreated group and normal sodium group.After 4 weeks, the rats were killed,respectively determinated the hepatic funtion parameters, serum TG,TC, ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, hydrosulfide and MDA in the liver tissue. Liver histological pathology was analyzed under light microscope.Results:Compared with the untreated group,the tiopronin intervention treantment group improved significantly in hepatic funtion parameters and hydrosulfide content, the activity of anti-oxidation enzyme also increased obviously.Meanwhile the pathology was improved significantly. The normal sodium group improved greatly compared with the intervention treantment group (P〈0.01). Conclusion:Stopping drinking is a basic and important treatment in hastening liver cell recovery. At the same time the intervention of tiopronin plays a role in prevention of alcoholic injury by increasing hydrosulfide content in the body.
