摘　　要：开滦林西矿等单位交换机改造为开滦集团公司贝尔交换机VRSU远端模块后,尽管其电话用户和集团公司中心局用户能使用相同的特服业务,但原来的特服业务不能正常使用。文中介绍了对贝尔交换机进行用户分组、创建新的呼叫源、调整相关任务单元等方法,保证其特服业务的正常使用。Units relating to Kailuan,such as Lin Xi mine, after its switch transformed Kailuan Group＇s VRSU rcmote unit of the Bell switch, though its telephone subscriber and the Group central bureau user can use the same special service, but the quondam special service can＇t be used normally, This paper introduced the methods that guaranteed the special service normal use, for example grouping the user, found new call source and adjustment related task unit to the Bell switch, and so on.
