微血管病变患者血清学检测的临床意义

摘  要:目的:了解微血管病变患者血清洋地黄样物质(EDLS)与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的关系及其意义。方法:应用放射免疫法检测微血管病变患者血清EDLS、SOD含量,酶法检测血清甘油三酯、胆固醇水平。结果:15例正常对照者血清EDLS、SOD浓度为0.39±0.07μg/L、422±127μg/L,28例糖尿病患者、18例脑出血患者、23例脑梗塞患者血清EDLS浓度分别为0.55±0.14μg/L、0.64±0.13μg/L、0.71±0.18μg/L;SOD浓度分别为342±98、295±130、301±125μg/L。结论:微血管病患者血清EDLS浓度升高,SOD浓度降低,随治疗好转,EDLS与SOD恢复正常,检测EDLS与SOD对诊断与指导治疗有一定意义。Objective:To investigate the relation between endogenous digitalis like substances(EDLS) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in patients with damage of micrangium.Methods:EDLS SOD were detected by radioimmunoassay(RIA) in patients with damage of micrangium.Results:The results showed that the serum EDLS and SOD in normal controls were 0.39±0.07 μg/L and 422±127 μg/L respectively.The serum EDLS and SOD in the patients with diabetic(28 cases),cerebral hemorrhage(18 cases) and cerebral infarction(23 cases) were 0.55±0.14 μg/L,0.64±0.13 μg/L,0.71±0.18 μg/L,and 342±98 μg/L,295±130 μg/L,301±125 μg/L respectively.Conclusions:Serum EDLS and SOD change in perverse order in patients with damage of micrangium,EDLS increased whereas SOD decreased.EDLS and SOD became normal with the improvement of disease.EDLS and SOD measurements are therefore valuable for diagnosis and treatment in patients with damage of micrangium.
