论企业集团管理控制的程式化

摘　　要：企业集团通常资产规模庞大,组织结构、业务结构一般也比较复杂,要实现对它的有效控制很不容易,对企业单元的责任中心化则是解决这一问题的有效措施。文章从责任中心的划分、对责任中心的授权,以及对责任中心的业绩考核和奖惩等方面探讨了企业集团如何通过责任中心实现管理控制的程式化,从而提高管理效率,实现组织战略目标。Due to the huge property scales, complicated organization structure and business structure, it is not easy to run a business enterprise group efficiently. Aim at this problem, the paper focused on the discussing about how to realize the stylized management of the business enterprise group from the division of responsibility, authority, achievement assessment and rewards, in order to improve the management efficiency and accomplish its strategy target.
