摘　　要：目的:探讨脑梗死患者血脂和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)分析的临床意义。方法:生化法和化学发光免疫分析了66例脑梗死和58例正常对照组血浆中总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果:66例脑梗死患者较之58例正常对照组血浆TC、TG、LDL-C和Hcy显著增高(P均<0.05和<0.01),而HDL-C显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:血浆TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C和Hcy与脑梗死密切相关,并具有诊断和治疗随访的临床价值。Objective To study the clinicla application of plasma Hey and lipid analysis in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The levels of plasma TC, TG, LDL - C, HDL - C with biochemistry and Hey （ with CLIA） were determined in 66 patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction and 58 controls. Results Plasma TC, TG, LDL - C and Hey levels in the patients with cerebral infarction were significantly highter （ P 〈 0.05 or 〈 0. 01 ）, but plasma HDL - C was significantly lower than those in controls （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The level of plasma TC, TG, LDL - C, HDL - C and Hcy were closely related with the severity of cerebral infarction and could be used as diagnostic and treatment indicators.
