摘  要:由于动态调度需要处理大量实时数据,所以文章将嵌入式实时数据库技术应用在MES系统动态调度功能的设计中:从时态性、期限性等方面对实时数据属性进行描述,并对时态数据约束关系做出定义,采用支持度和置信度来确定关联规则的度量;根据关联规则构建MES.net v1.0系统调度功能所需的后台数据库,从而实现实时技术在动态调度中的应用。In the environment of networked manufacturing, mass of real-time data needs to be dealt with because of the dynamic scheduling, in this paper, the embedded real-time databases technology is applied to the design of M ES dynamic scheduling. The specific designing method is as follows: first, the attribute of real-time data is described separately from tense and time, and at the same time the constraint relation of tense data model is defined. Second, the supporting level and the confidence level are used to define the gauge of relevant regulation. Third, according to the relevant regulation, the background database is built which is needed by the scheduling function of MES.net vl. 0. As a result, by using real-time technology, the dynamic scheduling is realized which can ensure the accuracy of data analysis and the real-time of dynamic scheduling plan.
