摘 要:目的基于用神经功能性电刺激的方法恢复面瘫患者闭眼功能的需要,研究健侧眼轮匝肌的功能作用状态的实时识别方法,以期能将其作为控制信号,调控对患侧眼轮匝肌的功能性电刺激。方法通过植入式微电极提取狗眼轮匝肌的肌电信号,分析眼轮匝肌在不同功能状态下肌电信号表现的差异性,以探索眼轮匝肌功能状态的实时识别方法。结果眼轮匝肌在收缩时的肌电信号相对于舒张状态有幅值显著增加的特点,基于这种特征,我们采用了一种带延迟判断的幅度阈值方法,对信号进行实时分析,以接近于同步的方式识别出了眼轮匝肌收缩动作的发生。结论可以通过对眼轮匝肌肌电信号实时分析的方法,监控眼轮匝肌的功能状态,从而监控闭眼动作的发生。Objective To investigate the way to identify the function state of the orbicularis oculi muscle at the unaffected side in real-time based on the restoration of eye-closing function on facial paralysis patients by functional neuromuscular stimulation( FNS)way. The signals of the functional activities at the unaffected side are designed to be used as the control signals for functional electrical stimulations on the affected side. Methods The electromyogram of a dog' s orbicularis oculi muscle was extracted with implanted micro-electrodes. The difference of electromyographic activities dur- ing different functional states was investigated to establish a way for real-time identification of functional states. Results Compared with the signals during relaxation, the eletromyographic signals of orbicularis oculi muscle during contraction became significantly larger at amplitude. Based on it, the real-time analysis was worked out in an amplitude threshold method with delayed decision. The contracting activities of the orbicularis oculi muscle were identified nearly simultaneously to the occurrence of eye-blinking events. Conclusion The functional states of the orbicularis oculi muscle can be monitored with real-time analysis of electromyographic signals. It means that the occurrence of eye closing events can be monitored.
