闭合式玻璃体切除术治疗复杂眼外伤的临床观察

摘　　要：本文对２２眼复杂性眼球穿破伤采用闭合式玻璃体切除术处理，较好地恢复伤眼前段的正常生理解剖，避免虹膜前粘连、瞳孔膜闭、继发性青光眼、角膜内皮失代偿及外伤引起的视网膜脱离致增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变等并发症的发生。手术时可直视下了解眼球后段情况以便同时联合施行后段眼内显微手术挽救眼球和视力。本组２２眼的术前视力仅１眼为０．３，２１眼全为光感。术后裸眼视力均有不同程度提高，其中达０．１以上者７眼占３２％。本文并讨论了手术指征、手术时机及手术技术。The authors treated 22 eyes with complicated penetrating ocular trauma by vitrectomy.The normal anatomic and physiological structures of the anterior segment were reconstructed.Anterior synechia,occlusion of the pupil,corneal endothelial decompensation,and proliferative vitreoretinopathy were avoided.Under direct visualizatein,combined vitreous microsurgeries were performed.Before operations,the visual acuity was light perception in 21 eyes and 0 3 in one eye,After surgery,the visual acuity was improved in all eyes.Seven eyes (32%)saw 0 1 or better.The authors also discuss the indications and surgical techipues.
