摘　　要：中小企业在发展过程中存在着诸多自身难以解决的困难,其中最大的困难是融资问题。文章着力阐述了中小企业融资的现状及成因,并提出了解决问题的相关对策。There are many problems in the small and medium enterprises development and it is hard for them to solve the problems alone, and financing is the hardest problem. The article mainly discusses the eurrent status and the causes of small and medium enterprises financing, and brings forward some corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems.
