视频脑电图鉴别与诊断315例拟诊癫痫的疗效价值

摘　　要：目的探讨视频脑电图（V-EEG）在癫痫诊断与鉴别诊断中的价值。方法对230例癫痫患者及85例可疑癫痫患者进行视频脑电图监测，并进行分析。结果癫痫组V-EEG痫性放电173例（75．2％），监测到临床发作26例，其中癫痫发作21例，非癫痫发作5例；可疑癫痫组V—EEG痫性放电18例（21．2％），监测到临床发作11例，其中癫痫发作2例，非癫痫发作9例。191例痫性放电的患者中159例（83．2％）明确了癫痫发作的类型，25例的发作类型为重新确认，58例（30．4％）明确了癫痫综合征的诊断。结论视频脑电图监测在鉴别癫痫性发作、确定癫痫发作类型、评价脑电临床关系方面提供了准确可靠的依据。Objective To probe the value of the video electroencephalogram on Epileptsy. Method To monitor the video electroencephalogram on the epilepsy group ： 230 patients with epilepsy and the double epilepsy group ：85 doubtful patients with epilepsy, and then to analese the result. Result There are discharge of 173（75.2%） patients with epilepsy and clinical attact 26 patients including 21 patients with epileptic attack and 5 patients with non epileptic attack in the the epilepsy group;There are discharge of 18（21,2%） patients with epilepsy and clinical attact 11 patients including 2 patients with epileptic attack and 9 patients with non epileptic attack in the the epilepsy group. 159 patients （159/191） identify the type of the epileptic attack. 25 patients rediagnose the type of the epileptic attack. 58 patients diagnose syndromic epilepsy. Conclusion Video electroencephalogram can privide accurate and reliable evidence on the identification of the epileptic attack, the type of the epilepsy and the evaluation of the brain electricity of the clinical relationship.
