摘　　要：目的探讨E-cadherin和C-erbB-2蛋白表达与胃癌分化转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S—P法检测67例胃癌组织和15例正常胃组织中E-cadherin、C-erbB-2的表达，并分析它们与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。结果67例胃癌中E-cadherin和C-erbB-2蛋白阳性表达率分别为49．25％（33／67）和46．27％（31／67）。C-erbB-2高表达及E-cadherin低表达与胃癌的分化程度和淋巴结转移均呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论C—erbB-2和E-cadherin表达与胃癌的浸润转移密切相关，是判断胃癌生物学行为及预后的重要指标。Objective To explore feature the expression of E-cadherin and C-erbB-2 protein in gastric carcinoma,Methods The expression of E-cadherin and C-erbB-2 protein in 67 cases with gastric carcinoma and 26 cases normal gastric tissues were examined by immunohistocbemical S-P method and the relationship between their expression and clinicalpathological parameters was analyzed. Results The positive rates of E-cadherin and C-erbB-2 protein staining in 67 cases of gastric carcinoma were 49.25% （33/67） and 46.27% （31/67） respectively. The high level of C-erbB-2 expression and the low level of E-cadherin expression were positively correlated with differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis in gastric carcinoma（P〈0.5）.Conclusion C-erbB-2 overexpression and reduced E- cadherin expression were associated significantly with the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.. The combined detection of E-cadherin and C-erbB-2 protein may be valuable in predicting the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma.
