G-CSF的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：G—CSF为基因重组的粒细胞集落刺激因子。大剂量的联合化疗使部分恶性血液病治愈成为可能，但化疗强度越大，风险也越大，我们对30例恶性血液病患者化疗后24小时应用G－CSF，发现可明显缩短骨髓抑制时间，促进中性粒细胞的恢复，降低感染的发生率。High dose combined chemotherapy can be a cure for some of the malignant haematolgical diseases, but the risk will become greater as the dose increases. By using G-CSF, arecombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor, in treatiment of 30 malignant cases 24 hours after high does chemotherapy, we fount that G-CSF could remarkably shorten the time of bone marrow suppression,promote the recovery of neutrocytes, and reduce the incidence of infection
