君复康胶囊门诊用于海洛因成瘾人员脱毒的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药君复康胶囊对海洛因成瘾者门诊脱毒的临床疗效。方法:海洛因成瘾者门诊自愿接受美沙酮脱毒治疗共67例,均符合DSM-IV海洛因依赖诊断标准。根据就诊先后次序交叉纳入观察组34例、对照组33例,每2周检测尿吗啡,一旦阳性则结束治疗。结果:1观察组不复吸时间平均近80天,明显长于对照组的平均45天(P<0.05)。2两组稽延性戒断量表评分在治疗后及治疗前后分差比较差异均有非常显著性意义(P=0.00)。3治疗前后焦虑、抑郁量表评分减分结果,观察组均优于对照组(p<0.001)。4在所有观察组中,只有1例较明显出现头晕,给予适当减量后缓解,其他均无须处理自行缓解。结论:中药君复康胶囊对海洛因成瘾者门诊脱毒疗效优于单纯使用美沙酮者,不良反应轻微。Objective： To study the effect of Junfukang capsules, a herbal medicine, to control prolonged withdrawal symptoms （PWS） of heroin-induced out-patients. Methods： 70 out-patients with heroin dependence were randomly enrolled into two groups, one group （34 cases） taking Junfukang capsules and methadone solution, another group （33 cases） just taking methadone solution as control. All patients were assessed through urine morphine test each two weeks. If the result is positive, then the patient will quit taking Junfukang capsules. Results： ①The withdrawal time of the group taking Junfukang capsules was significantly longer （P〈0.05）.②The scores of withdrawal symptoms were significantly lower than control group（P=0.00）.③After treatment, the scores of HAMA and HAMD in Junfukang capsules group were lower than control group. ④The side effects of Junfukang capsules is mild. Conclusions： The effects of Junfukang capsule and methadone were better than methadone only to control heroin-induced PWS.
