摘　　要：我国应该制定专门性的反恐怖法。对反恐怖法的深入思考应该从宪法、国际法、实体法和程序法多个维度展开,使我国的反恐怖法既能有效整合各种资源,极大地发挥反恐功效,又不至于损害国家利益和公民的基本自由。The Anti -terrorism law should be made in China especially. It ought to be performed from many aspects including constitution, intemational law; material law and procedure law and we can explore the Anti - terrorism law deeply. The purpose is that the Anti - terrorism law can take advantage of all sorts of resources to augment the effects mostly and can not destroy the national benefit and people＇s liberty.
