摘　　要：针对供应商管理过程中出现的剔除不合格品数据的情况,以统计理论为支撑,推导了正态分布截尾样本的特性.对截尾处理过的数据进行还原,给出原始数据的均值和标准差,重新计算过程能力指数.结合模拟研究与现实案例研究,结论表明该研究能够科学地、正确地评价与控制供应商提供的产品质量.Estimators of parameters of the normal distribution are derived for samples that are doubly truncated based on the statistics and aimed at the case of suppliers＇ removing all nonconforming unites. This paper recovers estimators under tnmcated samples and computes process capabihty indices. A simulation case study is presented, and the result shows that the study can evaluate and control production quality scientifically and rationally which suppliers provide.
