小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗急性放射性直肠炎的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察小牛血去蛋白提取物保留灌肠防治盆腔肿瘤三维适形放疗后并发急性放射性直肠炎的疗效。方法30例盆腔恶性肿瘤患者放疗同时配合小牛血去蛋白提取物10ml,1次/日,5次/周,保留灌肠。结果30例患者总有效率100%,小牛血去蛋白提取物可显著改善盆腔肿瘤患者的急性放射性肠炎。结论小牛血去蛋白提取物保留灌肠是治疗急性放射性直肠炎的有效方法。Objective To observe the effect of the retention enema of Actovegin on treating the acute radiation proctitis induced by 3 - DCRT for preventing pelvic cavity mass. Methods Thirty cases of the pelvic cavity malignant tumor accepted radiotherapy with the retention enema of 10ml Actovegin, once per day, 5 times per weeks. Results The total effective rate is 100% in 30 cases, Actovegin can improve obviously the acute radiation proctitis of the pelvic cavity malignant tumor cases. Conclusion The retention enema of Actovegin in treating the acute radiation proctitis is the modus operandi.
