摘 要:以聚丙烯腈(PAN)为膜材料考察了铸膜液浓度、不同添加剂、不同硅橡胶对膜性能的影响制成了PAN基膜和PAN复合膜利用电镜考察了PAN基膜的形态和结构将PAN基膜与PAN复合膜分别浸泡在7种溶剂中200~1320h,观察膜性能及膜失重变化测定复合膜对有机蒸汽的分离性能,实验结果表明。Solvent-durable PAN material was selected to make PAN substrate and PAN-SR composite membranes for the study on the separation of organic vapor from air. The influences of the concentration of polymer solution、additives and SR,on the O 2/N 2 gas permeation properties of PAN substrate and/or PAN-SR composite membrane were studied. The weight losses and the changes in O 2/N 2 gas permeation properties or PAN substrates or PAN-SR composite membranes,after 200~1320h impregnation in seven different organic solvents were observed. The results show that the PAN-SR composite membranes prepared in this paper are suitable for the separation application of organic vapor from air, with the testing of vapor permeation properties of PAN-SR composite membranes via five different organic solvents being used. The structure and the morphology of PAN substrat are also analysed by SEM.
