护士核心胜任力界定工具的编制和评价研究

摘　　要：目的为护士核心胜任力的界定提供工具。方法在查阅文献的基础上,首先通过访谈选编条目,以护理程序和整体护理理论和胜任力作为问卷编制的理论框架,再经专家评审,小范围内进行预试验,形成初稿。然后对初稿进行进一步的检验与修改,验证信度和效度,形成最后问卷。结果界定工具——护士核心胜任力调查问卷共选编条目58条,内容效度比为0.82,条目敏感度均在0.97左右,Cronbach's α系数为0.8892。结论护士核心胜任力调查问卷具有良好的内容效度、内部一致性系数,问卷具有科学性、真实性、全面性,可用于大规模的正式施测,以界定护士核心胜任力。Objective To provide an instrument to identify nurse＇s core competence. Methods The framework of the questionnaire came from the nursing procedure and holistic nursing theory. Through literature study and interview, experts consultation and a small sample test, we got a draft of questionnaire. One hundred and four nursing managers, teachers, nurses, patients and doctors from a tertiary level hospital in Beijing were investigated, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were measured. Results The questionnaire had 58 items. Content validity index was 0.82. Cronbach＇s α of the total system was 0.8892. Conclusions The questionnaire is scientific and comprehensive, and it can be used as an instrument to evaluate nurse＇s core competence.
