摘 要:将淀粉/PVA(聚乙烯醇)塑料的耐水性能用吸水率来表征,运用正交优化法设计了5因素5水平的试验方案,通过对全部试验数据的计算,分析了PVA及增塑剂的用量对淀粉塑料吸水率的影响。结果表明,在试验条件下PVA用量是影响淀粉塑料吸水率的最为显著因素;在增塑剂中柠檬酸对吸水率的影响较其他增塑剂大;采取向前选择变量法进行优选,建立了吸水率与PVA、增塑剂加入量的最优多元线性回归方程,试验值与方程预测值的比较说明方程拟合情况较好。Water resistance of starch/PVA plastics was characterized by water absorptivity. Orthogonal method was adopted to optimize experiment scheme with five factors and five levels. All experiment data were computed to analyze how PVA and plasticizers affected water resistance. The results indicate that the addition of PVA is the most significant influencing factor while citric acid is stronger than other plasticizers. Through adopting forward selection variables, the relative optimal multiple linear regression model of water resistance is achieved with the addition of PVA and plasticizers as the independent variables. Predicted values (which is close to the observed values) show a satisfying model with a good fitting results.
