中医辨证配合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌31例近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医辨证施治配合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌的近期疗效。方法:将60例晚期大肠癌患者随机分为治疗组31例,对照组29例。治疗组以中医辨证施治联合化疗进行治疗;对照组以化疗为主治疗。结果:治疗组在实体瘤临床疗效、毒副反应、生活质量改善等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施治联合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌可显著缓解患者临床症状,减轻毒副反应,提高生活质量。Objective:To observe the short-term therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine Combined with chemical therapy for late colorectal cancer.Methods:Sixty late colorectal cancer patients were randomized into two groups:the control group(n=29) received chemical therapy and the treatment group(n=31)received syndrome differenti- ation and treatment with Chinese medicine combined with chemical therapy.Results: The effect on relieving symptoms and signs,reducing toxic and side reactions,and im- proving quality of life in the treatment group was superior to the control group,the differ- ence being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine Combined with chemical therapy is effective for the treatment of late colorectal cancer in educing tumor mass,relieving toxic and side reactions,and improving quality of life.
