摘 要:目前影响军队医院聘用护上流失的因素主要包括工资待遇低于期望值、职业性疲溃、职业价值观模糊、工作环境不良以及聘用护士自身原因等。针对以上因素,提出规范聘用护士招聘制度,提高聘用护士工资待遇,推行人性化管理理念,实行半军事化管理,建立聘用护士应对职业性疲溃的机制,树立正确的职业价值观,强化护理职业安全管理,加强规范化培训等管理对策,实现聘用护士队伍的稳定和发展。The factors influencing the turnover of employed nurses in military hospitals mainly consist of wages below expectations, occupational burnout, fuzzy professional values, adverse work environment, as well as nurses themselves. Aimed at the above factors, this paper proposed some management strategies to stabilize and develope employed nurse team, such as standardizing the employment system,increasing employed nurses' income, practicing humanistic management ideas, carrying out semi -militarized management,establishing management system to cope with occupational burnout for employed nurses, fostering correct professional values, strengthening occupational safety management, as well as enforcing standardized training.
