摘  要:如何通过教学评估有效推进民办高校健康快速发展,是民办高等教育研究的热点。2008年4月24-28日在杭州召开的第三届中外民办高等教育发展论坛上,与会专家、学者围绕民办本科高校教学评估进行了广泛交流、深入探讨,并就评估的分类指导、体系设置、内容方法、效果评价等问题提出了真知灼见,达成了共识。此次会议对即将开展的第二轮教学评估将起到十分积极的作用。How to effectively promote the sound and rapid development of non-governmental institutions of higher learning through teaching evaluation is a hot point in the study of non-governmental higher education. In the Third Forum for the Development of the Sino-foreign Non-governmental Higher Education held at the end of April in Hangzhou, the experts and scholars attending the forum made an extensive exchange and profound discussion around the teaching evaluation for non-governmental institutions of higher learning with regular courses, and presented correct and penetrating views and reached a consensus on classified guidance for evaluation, system set-up, content and method, and result assessment. This forum will play a quite active role in making the second round of teaching evaluation.
