摘　　要：在社会主义新农村建设的研究和实践中,农村民间组织日益受到关注。农村客观存在的"政府失灵"和"市场失灵"问题、农村独特的文化传统和农民特殊的社会文化需求和农民的创造性实践推动了政治、经济公益类和社会文化服务类等民间组织的生长和发育,在社会主义新农村建设中可以并且正在发挥重要作用,但在发展中也出现了一些问题,需要给以正确的引导和充分的支持。In the study and practice of socialist new village construction, the rural NPO has attracted people＇s increasing attention. ＂Government malfunctioning＂ and ＂market malfunctioning＂ that objectively exist in the countryside, the unique rural cultural tradition and farmers＇ particular social and cultural demand, together with farmers＇ creative practice, promote the growth and progress of nongovernmental organizations for political and economic public interests and for social and cultural service, which may and are playing an important role in socialist new village construction. Meanwhile, some problems have cropped up in their development that need correct guiding and full support.
