摘　　要：目的:研究冬青科冬青属植物毛冬青(IlexpubescensHook.etArn.)根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析以及重结晶等方法,分离纯化毛冬青的化学成分,通过UV、MS、NMR波谱方法对结构进行解析和鉴定。结果:确定了4个化合物的结构,分别为:6′-O-acetyl-ilexsaponin A1(1),β-D-mudano-side-A(2)、类叶升麻苷(acteoside,3)、丁香脂素-4,4′-O-β-D-双葡萄苷(liriodendrin,4)。结论:化合物1为新化合物,化合物2和3为首次从该属中发现的化合物。Objective：To study the chemical constituents of the root of Ilex pubescens Hook. et Am. Methods： The chemical constituents were isolated and purified via silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography as well as recrystallization. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. Results： Four compounds were isolated and identified as 6＇-0-acetyl-ilexsaponin A1 （ 1 ）, β-D-mudanoside-A （ 2 ）, acteoside （ 3 ）, liriodendrin （ 4 ）. Conclu- sion ： 1 was a new compound, 2 and 3 were isolated from the genus of Ilex for the first time.
