摘 要:目的对某实验动物中心裸鼠发病死亡的原因进行诊断。方法对发病裸鼠进行病理组织学和细菌学检查以及血清学试验。结果根据临床症状、病理剖检、细菌分离培养、生化鉴定和血清凝集试验,确诊为嗜肺巴斯德氏菌感染导致的细菌性疾病。药敏试验结果表明,分离菌株对阿莫西林/克拉维酸、阿奇霉素、复方新诺明敏感,而对红霉素已经产生耐药性。结论为巴斯德氏菌病原鉴定与疾病诊断提供了科学依据。Objective To identify the cause of mass disease in athymic mice in a laboratory animal center. Methods Histopathological examination, bacteria isolation, observation of culture characteristics and morphologic structure, biochemical identification, serum agglutination test were conducted on the diseased athymic mice. Results Combined the results obtained from observation of clinical symptom, pathological autopsy, bacteria isolation and culture, biochemical testing and serum agglutination test, the disease was diagnosed as Pasteurellosis caused by Pasteurella pneumotropica. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the isolated strain was sensitive to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, tetracycline and azithromycin. However, its resistence to erythromycin was produced. Conclusion The results of this study provided a basis for the identification of pathogen Pasteurella pneumotropica and diagnosis of the disease Pasteurellosis.
