摘　　要：采用多中心、随机、对照的方法,对单穴的主治作用进行科学的验证,为单穴主治作用的确定提供临床依据。在52项研究中,有40项研究结果显示针刺观察组疗效优于对照组;11项研究显示2组疗效相当;1项研究显示针刺观察组疗效不如对照组。研究结果表明在一定的观察周期内,针灸单穴治疗病症可以取得不同程度的效果。multi-central randomized controlled method was used to scientifically verify indications of 33 acupoints and provide definite clinical basis for the indications of single acupoint. Of the 52 studies, 40 studies showed that the therapeutic effect in acupuncture observation groups were better than the control group; 11 studies showed similar therapeutic effect of the two groups, and 1 study showed the acupuncture observation group was worse than the control group. Therefore, results indicate that in a certain observation cycle, acupuncture at single acupoint have different effects on diseases.
