摘　　要：《微生物学及检验》是一门理论与实践紧密结合的课程,为使高专医学检验专业学生更好地掌握其理论知识和实验操作技能,并培养他们的创新能力和科学素养,我们进行了大胆的探索与尝试,教学质量明显提高。Microbiology and ecsomatics are integrative subjects with emphasis on both theory and practice. Curriculum reform was conducted for the purpose of providing an environment to cultivate students with better theoretical knowledge and technical skill. The reform also aims to help the students to develop innovative and scientific thinking. The reform is successful.
