摘  要:目的观察神经发育疗法(neurodevelopmental treatment,NDT)对脑瘫患儿血清转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)水平的影响。方法用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验法(ABC-ELISA法)分别检测脑瘫组NDT治疗前后和脑瘫高危新生儿(新生儿病例组)血清TGF-β1水平。结果新生儿病例组血清TGF-β1水平明显高于对照组、脑瘫组NDT治疗前后(P<0.01);脑瘫组NDT治疗前血清TGF-β1水平明显低于对照组和脑瘫组NDT治疗后(P<0.01);脑瘫组NDT治疗后血清TGF-β1水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论TGF-β1在NDT治疗脑瘫过程中发挥重要的神经保护作用,并可以作为评估NDT疗效的生物学指标。Objective To observe the effect of neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT) on transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-V1) levels in cerebral palsy (CP) patients. Methods Serum samples of 27 CP patients, 21 neonates who suffered asphyxia and/or infection and 15 controls were obtained respectively and kept at - 40℃. Serum TGF-β1 levels were measured by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay double sandwich method (ABCELISA). Results Serum TGF-β1 Levels in neonates were significantly higher than in controls,CP patients without NDT and CP patients with NDT(P〈0. 01 ) ;Serum TGF-β1 Levels in CP patients without NDT were significantly lower than in controls and CP patients with NDT(P〈0. 01);Serum TGF-β1 Levels in CP patients with NDT were significantly higher than in controls(P〈0. 01 ). Conclusions TGF-β1 plays an important role in CP patients with NDT. TGF-β1 can be used as an independent biomarker than reflects the curative effect of NDT.
