摘 要:研究了NaNO3、NH4Cl、NH4NO33种氮源对盐生杜氏藻(Dunaliella salina)生长和色素积累的影响及3种氮源吸收的规律。结果表明,3种氮源中,NH4NO3对促进D. salina细胞生长、β-胡萝卜素积累和叶绿素a合成效果最好,细胞最高密度为136×104cell/mL;β-胡萝卜素含量最大值为137mg/g;NO3-和NH4+共同存在时,优先利用NH4+;建立了3种氮源吸收的动力学方程。Dunaliella salina is grown in media where three kinds of nitrogen salinity (NaNO3, NH4 Cl and NH4NO3) are added as nitrogen sources. The effects of the nitrogen salinity on the growth and accumulation of B-carotene of D. salina and the untaken patterns of D. sali- na were investigated. The results indicated that NH4NO3was the best among the three kinds of nitrogen salinity to the cell growth of D. salina, accumulation of B-carotene and biosynthesis of a in D. salina cells. The highest cell density was detected to be 136 × 10^4 cell/ mL and the highest content of β - carotene to be 137mg/g, NH4+ was preferential toNO3_in D. salina when both of them coexisted in the media and the assimilated kinetics equations of the three kinds of nitrogen salinity by D. salina were set up.
