摘　　要：从齐齐哈尔市建设生态园林城市的实际出发,找出了存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,旨在把齐齐哈尔市逐步建设成为生态环境良好的生态园林城市。The idea of constructing an ecological garden city is considered as advancement and sublimation in city construction sense which is bound to promote economic, political, cultural and social development in the Qiqihar city. This paper goes from the real facts of ecological garden city construction in Qiqihar and finds out the problems existing then puts forward the corresponding counter-measure so as to gradually construct Qiqihar as an ecologically agreeable, tidy, fine, cultured and perfect garden city.
