摘　　要：在对生态城市的内涵、特点等理论分析的基础上,提出了生态城市规划的原则,并就如何建设生态城市提出了几点建设措施。In this article,it＇s a study on eco-city construction, and the eco-city is a new urban development pattern of the sustainable development. After analysis on the meaning and character of the eco-city, the view is provided on the principles of planning and the strategic application to build up the eco-city. Then the process to build the eco-city is simply divided through the general analysis.
