摘 要:食品工业是湖南省传统支柱产业之一。对于农业大省的湖南来说,食品工业是农业资源优势转变为工业经济优势的最好纽带。发展湖南食品工业,可以更好地延伸农业产业链,提升农产品附加值,还可以有序转移农村富余劳动力,从而带动城镇化建设和整个湖南农村经济的发展。而湖南食品工业要发展,实施食品工业名牌战略是一条很好的出路。本文从湖南食品工业的现状出发,分析湖南食品工业的优势及存在的问题,从政府、行业、企业三个角度提出食品工业创名牌的战略,找到一条适合湖南食品工业的发展道路。Food industry is one of the traditional pillar industries in our province. To a big agricultural province like Hunan, food industry is the best link to convert the advantage of agricultural resources to industrial economy. Developing food industry in Hunan can extend the chain between agriculture and industry, promote the added value of agricultural products and transfer the surplus workforce in rural areas steadily to realize urbanization andhelp the whole economic development of Hunan province. Moreover, implementing famous brand strategy is a very sound way to develop food industry. This paper analyses the advantages and existing problems in food industry in Hunan, trying to find suitable ways for food industry to take famous brand strategy from several levels namely, the government, trade and enterprises.
