摘　　要：通过对京杭大运河江苏段特征和江苏运河文化遗产的状况分析,探讨了运河文化遗产保护与发展中面临的问题,并从保护意识、组织架构、保护原则、发展理念等方面,探索运河文化遗产保护与发展的有效途径和政策措施。Base on the analysis of the characteristics of the Jiangsu part along the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and the status of the canal cultural heritage, the paper discusses the problems in the protection and development of the canal cultural heritage. It also studies the effective approaches and measures of the canal cultural heritage protection and development from different aspects, such as protection consciousness, organization framework, protection principle, and development concept.
