腮腺良性肿瘤的声像特点分析

摘　　要：作者分析了３７例经手术治疗的腮腺良性肿瘤的声像图特点，其中多形性腺瘤２９例，腺淋巴瘤６例，嗜酸性腺瘤２例。多形性腺瘤内部回声主要为实性低回声不均匀肿块。超声检查对发现腺淋巴瘤的多发性病灶有帮助。he authors analysed the ultrasonic imaging appearance of 37patients with benign parotid tumors. Among them 29 cases are patients of pleomorphic adenoma, 6 cases of Warthin's tumor and 2 cases of oxyphilic adenoma. The ultrasonic imaging appearance of the pleomorphic adenoma were mainly hypoechoic, inhomogeneous and solid. Ultrasonic diagnosis plays an important role in detecting the multiple foci of Warthin's tumor.
