摘 要:目的优选对氯苯氧异丁酸合成产率高的原料配比和反应条件。方法采用正交设计法的4因素3水平L9(34)试验方案,通过直观分析和方差分析筛出最佳反应条件。结果优选出的合成条件对氯苯酚12.9g(0.1mol),氯仿16mL(0.2mol),氢氧化钠32g,丙酮75mL(0.1mol),反应时间120min。结论该方案原料简单,操作方便,试验条件较易实现,并且产品达到了较高的质量,产品熔点117~120℃,红外图谱与文献一致。Objective To screen the factors of the synthesis for chlorophibrinic acid. Methods According to the orthogonal design' method. 4 factors and 3 levels were adopted to synthesis of chlorophibrinic acid. To screen out the optimum condition after the direct viewing analysis and the variance analysis. Results The optimum condition was as follow: P-chlorophenol 12.9 g (0. 1 tool), chloroform 16 mL (0.2mol), sodium hydroxide (32g), acetone 75 mL (0. 1 mol), reaction time (120min). Conclusion The raw material is simple in this testing plan with easy operationl The test condition is quite easy to realize with good product quality. The product melting point is 117- 120℃. The infrared atlas is consistent with the literature.
