PT方案在酶学测定项目室间质评中的应用

摘　　要：为了建立一套丙氨酸氢基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氢基转移酶（AST）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、肌酸激酶（CK）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、淀粉酶（AMS）的空间质评评分方案，综合英国的变异指数得分法（VarianceIndexScore,VIS）和美国的能力对比实验（ProficiencyTEST,PT）规定的允许误差范围，对六种酶学测定项目进行评分。结果显示：开展室间质评．六种酶学测定项目得分均有较大改进，成绩分别由218、239、105、118、200、168降低到107、163、79、111、153、140；测定结果变异系数（％）分别由55．91、71．06、61．92、71．09、68．40、144．30降低到43．06、50．85、61．04、63．00、61．91、93．15。表明该方案较实际地反映了酶学项目的室间质评水平，与其它方法具有可比性。Objective: To establish a method of assess ALT, AST, LDH, CK, ALP and AMS in external quality assessment. Methods: Associate England variance index score with American proficiency test, according to admitted error gamut, assess ALT, AST,LDH, CK, ALP and AMS in external quality assessment.Result: By using external quality assessment, there have a rapid progress in score, the mean score of ALT, AST,LDH, CK, ALP and AMS have from 218, 239, 105, 118, 200, 168 reduce to 107,163, 79, 111, 153, 140. The variance (%) have from 55. 91, 71.06, 61. 92, 71. 09,68.40, 144. 30 reduce to 43. 06, 50. 85, 61.04, 63.00, 61. 91, 93. 15. This method reflect the objective level of enzyme External quality assessment, have a comparablity with other assessment methods.
