摘　　要：为探讨人类乳头状病毒（HumanPapillomavirus,HPV）与腮腺肿瘤关系，采用PCR技术检测18例石蜡包埋的腮腺良、恶性肿瘤标本中HPV6.11和HPV16,18的感染情况。结果显示：15例多形性腺癌和3例恶性肿瘤标本中，HPV6,11均为阴性反应，HPV16,18阳性反应各1例（1／15和1／3）。提示HPV16,18有高度致癌性。考虑到腮腺与口腔组织所处的环境差异，HPV16,18的致癌作用可能表现为协同效应。In this investigation, 18 cases of parotid gland tumors were studied by PCR in order to detect infection of HPV6. 11 and HPV16,18. The results show: in 15 cases of polymorphic adenomas and 3 cases of malignant tumor, the staining reactions for HPV6, 11 were negative, 1 case of HPV16, 18 positive reaction in both groups was found (1/15 and 1/3). Our study indicates that HPV16. 18 may be high carinogen. Considering the difference between parotid gland and oral cavity, carcinogenesis of HPV16, 18 is by synergistic action.
