摘 要:报道了一种新型的农药对沙噻(2-(4'-羟基苯甲酸缩亚肼基)-1,3-二硫杂环戊烷)对水稻常见的几种病菌(稻瘟病、白叶枯病、恶苗病)的室内抑菌试验结果。结果表明:当原药质量浓度由150mg/L稀释到1.5mg/L时,对水稻稻瘟病的抑菌率达82.06%,对水稻白叶枯病的抑菌率达76.56%。这些结果与市售的稻瘟灵、叶枯唑的效果比较接近。而对水稻恶苗病菌的抑制效果比市售的多菌灵差。The antibacterial experimental of a novel sulfur containing heterocyclic compound 4-hydroxy-benzoic acid [1,3] dithiolan-2-ylidene-hydrazide to rice of several common bacteria (Pyricularia oryza, Xanthomonas oryzae and Fusarium moniliforme) was conducted. The experimental results show that the inhibition rates were 82.06% to pyricularia oryza and 75.56% to xanthomonasoryza when the concentration of original drug was diluted from 150 to 1.5 mg/L, And these results considerable effect to the commercial isoprothiolane, bismerthiazol. However, it was found that the effect on Fusarium moniliforme of rice plant worse than the commercial carbendazim.
