摘 要:目的探讨低剂量稀土化合物"常乐"对大鼠肝脏的抗氧化作用的影响。方法采用经口灌胃不同剂量"常乐"3个月后,大鼠血清肝功能酶的变化、肝脏组织学变化以及过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果与对照组相比较,20.0mg.kg-1剂量组大鼠血清中的GGT、ALP明显高于对照组,肝脏中MDA含量增高,SOD含量降低,肝细胞索排列紊乱,部分细胞胞质呈轻度疏松化,其它剂量组无明显异常改变。结论表明20.0mg.kg-1组"常乐"使肝细胞发生脂质过氧化反应,并对肝细胞有损伤作用。Objective To investigate antioxidation effect of rare earth elements "Changle" on rat liver. Methods Totally 120 young Wistar rats were divided into three experimenta groups and one control group. The rats in three experimental groups were administered Changle at doses of 5.0, 10.0, and 20.0 mg. kg^- 1 and the rats in the control group were administered with normal saline for three months. Pathological changes of liver were observed by light microscope, contents of liver enzymes in the serum were measured, and contents of SOD (superoxiden dismutase) and MDA (malondialdehyde) in rat liver were studied by means of biochemistry. Results Serum levels of GGT and ALP in the 20.0 mg· kg^-1 group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The 20.0mg·kg^-1 group showed hazardous effects on the hepatocytes; the activities of SOD decreased but MDA increased markedly. Conclusions Lipid peroxidation is intensified in the 20.0 mg·kg^-1 group; and lipid peroxidation may be one of reasons that causes injury of rat liver.
