摘 要:目的建立工作场所空气中有机磷农药、有机氯农药、氨基甲酸酯农药、拟除虫菊酯类农药共42种组分的快速测定方法。方法采用固体吸附剂采集空气中多种混合农药毒物,用1:1丙酮-正己烷解吸后以DB-35ms为分离柱、气相色谱-质谱仪联用分析测定。结果所有组分彼此完全分离,能同时予以定性确认;42种有机农药在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R≥0.99;最低检出限远低于职业化学中毒现场剂量水平。8种代表性农药组分解吸效率为86.3%~98.5%。结论本方法具有高选择性、灵敏度和准确度,完全满足工作场所空气中多种农药中毒的快速定性定量测定。Objective To establish a gas chromatography- mass spectometry method for rapid determination of 42 of OCPs. dOs, carbamates and pyrethroids pesticides in the air n a workplace. Methods Forty - two OPs in the air were absorbed by various solid sorbents and solvent desorption using 1 - 1 acetone/heaxane, then separated by GO with an DB - 35ms capillary column and analyzed by MS. Results The results showed that all Ops were separated completely each oth- er, simultaneously identified and quantified. The correlation coefficient of all calibration curves was good (≥0.99), and between defined concentration range. The limit of detection of 42 OPs was much lower than poisoning dosage level in the workplace air, 8 kinds of typical OPs with the desorption efficiency of 86.3 % - 98.5 %. Conclusions This method is selective, sensitive, accurate, and applicable to qualify and quantify mixtures of OPs in the air at a workplace.
