镉硒红釉制作工艺的探讨

摘　　要：本文探讨了一种以固溶体型硫硒化镉陶瓷色剂１％、熔块用量４０—５０％半熔块釉制得的二次烧成、耐温１２００℃，镉硒红釉的釉料组成及工艺控制对其呈色的影响。提出配料中引入适量的氟硅酸钠和ＣｄＯ作添加剂，对促进硫硒化镉颜料发色和在１２００℃下较稳定呈色起着良好的作用。该红釉适用于釉面砖及艺术陶瓷产品，具有应用、推广前景。This composition discusses the effect of color about composing of Cd-Se red glaze and technology control in the case of using 1% of solid Cd(S、Se)ceramic color preparation、40-50% of weld block using twice fire the half welding block glaze、standing 1200℃.Raise the methods which drawing into proper Na(F、Si)and CdO as additive can emerge fine effect to Cd(S,Se)color preparation show color and show color stable in 1200℃.This red glaze is suitable in glaze surface block and art ceramics,having the prospect of utilizing and spreading.
