摘　　要：本文首先回顾了A型行为、敌对、抑郁这三种独立的心理因素与冠心病的相关研究。然后着重介绍了一种新的危险因素—D型人格,并对其作用机制和治疗意义进行了简要论述。Psychological factors have been associated with the pathogenesis and progression of coronary heart disease （CHD）. This article reviewed three kinds of psychological factors including Type A behavior pattern, hostility, and depression, which were said to have strong relationship with coronary heart disease. And we focused on introducing the researches on Type D personality as a risk factor in patients with CHD, which was derived from existing personality theory and empirical evidences.
