白酒中甲醇成分分析标准物质的研制

摘　　要：白酒中甲醇成分分析标准物质采用洋河大曲做基体,先检测其本底甲醇含量,再添加一定量色谱纯甲醇,使白酒中甲醇含量达到每升0.4克,经搅拌混合均匀,分装于10mL安培瓶中制备成标准物质。用F-t检验法证明其均匀性良好;由7家单位的7个实验室采用气相色谱法共同协作定值,共56个数据,经统计检验给出甲醇的标准值和不确定度;经过一年的稳定性检测,稳定性良好。The matrix is yanghei spirit. At first,the concentration of methyl alcohol in the matrix is determined. Then,the chromatographic pure methyl alcohol is added into the spirit until the methyl alcohol concentration of the spirit reach 0.4g/L,meanwhile using stirring to homogenize the standard material. And then,the standard material are divided into some amper-bottles for examination.The homogeneity of the standard material is verified using F-T examination method. The 7 laboratories from 7 units cooperatively determinate the concentration value of methyl alcohol in the standard material by gas chromatographic analysis. The obtained 56 data are treated by statistic methods to give the standard value and it,s uncertainty of methyl alcohol concentration in standard material.The stability examinations for one year show that the stability of the standard material is good.
