乳腺癌根治术患者围术期舒适护理应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究舒适护理在乳腺癌根治术患者围术期中的应用及其效果评价。方法将我院2005年1月～2007年12月行乳腺癌根治术的110例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各55例。观察组实施舒适护理模式,对照组按传统的护理模式进行护理。结果两组患者在焦虑状态、主观舒适度、术后并发症的发生率、护理满意度比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论将舒适护理运用于乳腺癌根治术患者围手术期,能有效改善患者的焦虑状态,提高患者的舒适度及护理满意度,减少手术并发症,有利于患者早日康复。Objective To study the application of cozy nursing on the peri-surgery stage on patients of breast cancer treated by radical surgery and evaluate its effectiveness. Methods The 110 patients of breast cancer treated by radical surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2005 to December 2005 were randomly devided into observing group and control group,each group includeed 55 patients.The observing group was applyed cozy nursing model.The control group was applyed traditional nursing model. Results The two groups of patients had significant difference on anxiety condition,the degree of subjective cozy,the incidence rate of complicating diseases after surgery and degree of satisfaction on nursing.（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of cozy nursing on the peri-surgery stage on patients of breast cancer treated by radical surgery can effectively improve the anxiety condition of patients, increase the degree of subjective cozy and satisfaction on nursing, decrease the incidence rate of complicating diseases after surgery, and help the patients recover more quickly.
