摘　　要：学徒制是一种古老的教育模式,有着深刻的教育内涵,为加快我国高等教育职业技术教育的发展,提出了和谐学徒制教育模式,并利用这一模式对高等职业技术教育创新进行了探索。The apprentice is one kind of ancient educational pattern, has the profound education connotation, to speed up our country higher education vocational - technical education , we proposed the harmonious apprentice educational pattern, and has carried on the exploration using this pattern to the higher vocational - technical education innovation.
