摘　　要：网络时代大学图书馆的作用和地位日益凸显,大学图书馆员向知识导航员转型是新时期大学图书馆发展的趋势,大学图书馆员应该从管理理念、服务观念、自身素质及知识创新等方面的转变和提升中实现向知识导航员的转型。In the learning--oriented society, university library is charged with important function. University librarians must change the conventional concept of service and establish a concept to serve readers effectively. To achieve this goal, we must improve the overall quality, and participate in the innovation of knowledge in order to be good knowledge navigators.
