摘　　要：结合新鲜果蔬气调包装保鲜原理,分析了不同因素对果蔬气调包装效果的影响,介绍了气调包装内不同气调的建立方式,以及某些技术参数条件下果蔬气调包装的效果。Combining the modified atmosphere packing principle of fresh fruits and vegetables, it analyzes the influence of different factors on the modified atmosphere packing of fruits and vegetables, describes the established way of different modified atmosphere in packing and the effect of modified atmosphere packing under the condition of some technical parameters.
