摘　　要：人才的关键在于培养,而培养创新型人才的关键则在于造就一支创新型教师队伍。通过改革管理体制、重视科研、强化职业修养及引入新人才等途径,构建高校创新型教师队伍,以确保培养目标的达成。Innovative teachers are the key to nurturing creative talents. By reforming the management system, laying emphasis on scientific research, improving professional qualities and introducing innovative staff, the goal of developing innovative teachers in university will be achieved, which will ensure the cultivation of creative talents.
